q799 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "q799", "we", "us", "our" refers to the q799 platform, its operating entity, and all affiliated products and services accessible via q799.pro.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the q799 platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the q799 platform.
• "Platform" means the q799 website, web application, mobile application, and all associated gaming and betting services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the base currency of all q799 accounts and transactions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, cashback, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a q799 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR deposited directly by a Player from their own financial account, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by q799 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.

By creating an account, accessing the q799 platform, or placing any bet or wager through q799 services, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and q799 in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

To register and maintain an account on q799, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. q799 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify compliance.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of q799 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended q799 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• All registration information — including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and kept current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with q799 at the time of registration or at any subsequent time during active play.

q799 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any account at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements have not been or are no longer being met.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q799 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been conducted by you personally. q799 is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

• You must notify q799 support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• q799 may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation of any reported or detected security incident.
• You must not attempt to access another Player's account under any circumstances.
• q799 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. This feature is available in your account security settings at no charge.

All financial transactions on the q799 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). q799 does not apply currency conversion to player account balances. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the payment methods listed in the q799 cashier at the time of transaction, which include but are not limited to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your q799 account balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor. Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier. q799 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Before any withdrawal can be approved, q799 may require the completion of KYC identity verification. q799 targets withdrawal processing within five minutes of approval for all supported payment methods, though processing times may vary during periods of peak demand or where additional verification is required.

KYC Verification: q799 reserves the right to request identity documentation — including but not limited to a CNIC, passport, proof of address, and payment method confirmation — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

All bets and wagers placed on the q799 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, fishing games, or other game categories. Product-specific rules are published within each game or section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bets are accepted and settled at q799's absolute discretion. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, prices, or game outcomes — including technical errors — q799 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Live betting (in-play) markets may be suspended at any time at q799's discretion, including during periods of high sporting activity or where the integrity of an event is in doubt.
• q799 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet size applicable to any individual player or market at any time without prior notice.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international test matches, ODIs, and T20 competitions — are subject to q799's cricket betting rules, which are published in full within the sportsbook section of the platform.

q799 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing Players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all q799 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods vary by promotion and are published in the individual promotion terms.
• q799 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already begun satisfying wagering requirements, q799 will apply reasonable discretion.

• q799 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk hedging strategies to unlock bonus funds, and any form of co-ordinated exploitation across multiple player accounts.
• Where bonus abuse is detected, q799 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, void any winnings derived from Bonus Funds, and close the relevant account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q799 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform without express written consent from q799.
• Exploiting any software error, loophole, or unintended game behaviour for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events listed on the q799 sportsbook.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style games for mutual financial benefit at the expense of the platform or other players.
• Attempting to launder money or proceeds of crime through the q799 platform.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or is not held in your name to deposit funds.
• Accessing the q799 platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

All content, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, images, text, and other materials on the q799 platform are the intellectual property of q799 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The q799 name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the q799 platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any q799 content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q799 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the q799 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or account information caused by circumstances outside q799's direct control.
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or match data.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes q799's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• The Player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider in respect of any q799 transaction.
• Regulatory, compliance, or licensing obligations require q799 to restrict or terminate the account.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, q799 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds held in the account at the time of closure. Real Money Funds held in a terminated account will be returned to the Player in accordance with q799's internal procedures, subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding compliance concerns.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and local laws applicable to an individual Player, these Terms shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the q799 platform — including disputes relating to bet settlement, account management, payment processing, or bonus administration — you are required to contact q799 support via live chat in the first instance. q799 commits to investigating all disputes in good faith and providing a written response within five business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
